Unable to set locations

First thing it prompts to set a home location, but the location picked up was 13 miles away and it couldnt be moved (yes, location service was turned on). Finally got the app to pick up my "Home", but now cant rename it to be "Home". Also unable to pick other locations. Whats the point of location accuracy if you cant set the locations you want to know about? This needs an immediate fix.
